No problem, then you already know where you stand and what the maximum amount of your mortgage is.
When your offer is accepted, you and the seller have agreed on the sales price. When you have also agreed on the delivery date, any agreements about movable property and resolutive conditions, then you have reached an agreement. The selling broker records the agreements in the purchase agreement.
